Orthotropy is currently in Closed Beta. Checkout is not live, so nothing has been charged and there is nothing to refund yet.

Once paid plans launch, you can request a refund within 7 days of a charge if no credits have been used since that charge. A credit pack is refundable within 7 days if none of its credits have been used.
